This was the birth of the legendary Ballroom Esterhofen era - and the begin of a series of parties by The Devil's Brigade (which consisted of Axel Zaphood, Cash and myself).
This happened at a time when regular events (like the Pipeline or the Drunter) began to disappear, so that the scene evolved more into a "party culture", with various special events at different locations.
The Ballroom existed for some time actually - there always were some smaller parties and various concerts there (even "Das Ich" - shudder - was granted permission to play there...).
